At Custom Fit Patio Slings, we specialize in high-quality replacement slings made to fit better patio furniture. Our products are crafted for strength, comfort, and long-lasting performance. Before placing your order, please review the warranty, billing, and return policies below to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
Manufacturing Warranty:
All custom-fit slings include a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, ensuring every sling is crafted to our exacting standards.
Fabric Warranty:
Sling fabrics are backed by a three-year manufacturer warranty against defects, fading, or strength loss under normal use and outdoor exposure.
What’s Not Covered:
Incorrect measurements or improper installation
Damage from misuse, harsh weather, or improper cleaners
Normal wear, fading, mildew, or mold from environmental exposure
For best results, we recommend routine cleaning and seasonal maintenance.
Because all replacement slings are custom-made to your specifications, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please measure carefully. Incorrect measurements are not eligible for refund or exchange.
We also cannot guarantee fabric colors based on screen displays. If color accuracy is important, we strongly recommend ordering fabric samples before purchasing.
Orders are billed in full at the time of purchase. Each sling is made to order and cannot be resold.
If you're unsure about how to measure your frame, please email us before placing your order. We’re happy to walk you through the process.
Before calling about a size issue, please install the sling.
New slings will appear smaller than old ones—this is normal. Fabric stretches over time, so older slings are always looser than the new fit.
If your sling seems too tight:
Make sure the frame is fully disassembled.
Loosen all bolts before inserting the sling into the rails.
Use our installation video for step-by-step guidance.
Slings are non-refundable, but if we made a mistake during production, we will remake or adjust it at no charge.
If your sling was made incorrectly, we’ll fix it—at no cost to you.
All remake or adjustment requests must be made within 45 days of the invoice date.
Requests made after 45 days may incur a service fee, at the discretion of our production team.
We’re here to help, even if the error was on your end.
If the sling doesn’t fit due to incorrect measurements, we offer alteration services to adjust the sling for a better fit.
Alteration Fees: Typically range from $10–$20 per sling depending on the work required.
Alteration requests must be made within 45 days of receipt.
After 45 days, fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If you've followed the installation instructions and still feel your sling is too tight or too loose, you’ll need a Sling Alteration Request Number before returning anything.
Here's how it works:
Contact us for tech support—we’ll review your installation and original measurements.
If an adjustment is needed, we’ll assign a Request Number.
Include that number when returning your sling.
Please do not return slings without a valid Request Number.
Sling fabric has natural stretch, so slight variations don’t always require alteration.
We will not alter slings that are within ± ¼ inch in width or ± ½ inch in length of the original measurements.
If your sling is slightly too loose, we may recommend a larger spline to improve fit.
Installing a new sling properly requires full disassembly of your chair or chaise.
Tips for smoother installation:
Loosen all bolts before inserting fabric into the rails.
Stretching is necessary—new slings are tight by design.
A spreader tool can assist with difficult stabilizer bar installations.
